Extreme Blog Makeover!

I have been scouring the internet to find someone to spruce up my blog.  I have found some things I like, but I want it customized.  I really want my blog to represent ME!  I am very cheap thrifty too.  You remember the old Midas commercials? Midas Muffler   "I'm not going to pay a lot for that muffler!"  Well, that's how I feel, but about my blog.  I know, I know, I am asking a lot, and if I only knew how to do HTML coding I could do it myself.  But, alas, I know nothing in that regard and so I must rely on someone else.
