Hoosier, not the one from the movie

There is a local barn that houses some fabulous antiques, junk, and treasures!  Not many people know about it, but I found it one weekend when I was out hunting for yard sales and drive by nearly every Saturday to see if she is open for business.  For those of you from Utah the owner of the barn (and all the treasures) is the founder of Gardner Village.  She has acquired quite the collection of antiques, but has decided it is time to get serious about selling.

Nancy had listed some furniture on our local version of Craigslist and I called on an old Hoosier.  She told me to come by Friday morning to look at it.  I went and fell in love with this beauty!

The Showers Furniture Company opened in 1910.
I am still researching my exact piece though.
The white flat space is actually made from tin!

What a Beaut!
